  • "Our family has felt welcomed by the LPE community, coaching us through all things baby: teething, eating solids, diaper rashes, and baby bronchitis. Some of the ladies are parents themselves and they all truly care for the children as if they were their own. My little boy is social, knows how to share, is learning baby sign language and some Spanish because he is taught all these things at LPE. Love that they encourage different languages! There are activities like painting and sing alongs that help the kiddos with their development."

  • "This rave review is long overdue but my family and I were in the middle of chaotic move and to be honest, I was pretty emotional about leaving Le Petit Elephant for months after. So, writing this was hard. We are a military family and had the pleasure of having our son with LPE for a full year, until January of 2024. And a year was not enough. I fell so in love with everything about LPE. I got to watch my son grow and thrive. It reminded me very much of the Montessori school I attended as a child, which made my heart happy. Seeing the children play outside for a majority of the day, work on projects that were perfectly suited for the stage of development. And just the general feeling of "family", every time I walked the halls. I felt safe leaving my 1.5 year old there, which is not easy for a newer mom. My son was beaming every time I dropped him off, practically kicking me out the door so he could go on adventures with his friends that day. I loved the sense of community and inclusion. LPE was always planing something for the families to enjoy. Whether is was a date night for the parents or a party in the yard for all the families to attend and mingle. The communication with the staff was always great. We only left because my husband's job required us to move and our last day I cried so much. To be honest I teared up for months after every time I though about my son's happy little face, running through he yard at LPE. It's been nearly impossible to find anything, where we are now, as special and magical. Milli, you have a created a perfect place for children. We miss you and the school."

  • "My son started going to LPE when he was 15 months old. He was one of the first children to start when they opened and we were so delighted to find such a wonderful program. There are very few options for children under 2 in Napa, so LPE is an amazing addition to our community. Our son joined the toddler classroom and thrived from the first day. The teachers were so caring and loving and it was fantastic for him to socialize with other children. When he turned two he moved up to the preschool classroom. We were so impressed with how much he learned so quickly. Being around older kids, his verbal skills exploded and he loved all of the fun activities. The teachers have a great evolving curriculum that keeps the kids engaged and entertained. I felt so much better about working so much, knowing that he was having so much fun and learning. At this young age they are like sponges and he learned way more at LPE than he could have at home with me or a nanny. On Fridays they have share day and the kids bring something to share with the class - they stand up during circle time and introduce themselves and their object. It is a great way to get them comfortable with public speaking and also sharing :) On Tuesdays they have music and most days they do morning yoga. I highly recommend LPE."

  • "LPE has saved my bacon more than once. First when I was going back to work as a bran new mom I didn't realize how hard it was to get childcare in Napa but after not finding anything Milli hired more care workers just in time for me to go back to work and it really saved me. Then I was having a behavioral problem with my child in the early days and come to find out I was struggling with postpartum and the only one to recognize it was Milli I went to my doctor and not only did it save my sanity I am 100% sure it saved my marriage. Next up when I hit a hard patch with work about a year back Milli to the rescue again with childcare assistance. she calls it a community but I really believe if she herself had not been here while my family was young things would have turned out way different for us. In my opinion she is a champion for young families and I would go as far as calling her a superhero!"

  • "We could not be happier with the care and education that she is receiving at LPE. On top of this, the owner (Milli) was there to meet with us on the first day and walk us through the school and the curriculum. I was impressed with her enthusiasm and the respectful way in which she treated the teachers. Administratively LPE is fantastic as well - we get notifications anytime she eats, uses the potty, or has an incident, and Milli is always sending emails to keep parents up to date on upcoming events and school policies. Just the other day our daughter fell and scratched her face, so one of the teachers immediately sent us a picture of her face along with a description of the incident and a promise that she was receiving lots of hugs and attention. To say this provides peace of mind would be an understatement. Thank you for taking such great care of our child LPE!"

  • "We started LPE in March and couldn't be happier! Our daughter was new to the group and the teachers but they took her in as she had been there since the beginning. Even better, and more important, is that our daughter loves it so much! She is learning so much and loves playing with her friends. She is just a little over 1 year old and they have a curriculum for them! Just today, at drop off, I noticed a bowl of fruit and vegetables. The teacher shared that this week's curriculum is all about gardening. Our little girl went right over and started playing with the fruit and vegetables. I am also excited that the owner, Milli, recently went to Italy to learn more about Reggio Emilia way of learning. My oldest went to a school that focused on that style of learning and we really loved it. What a great experience this has been for our family, thus far!"
